It's easy to join accounts with another Sagicor Bank customer within our mobile app.

Swipe > to the account you would like to join

Select > 'ACCOUNT DETAILS' option.

Select > 'Make This Account Joint'

Input > 'Phone number or e-mail' of the person you would like to join with.

Select > 'Verify' the details, then 'Send Request' 

You will receive the following message : 'Your request has been sent'

You may now select > Ok.

A request will be sent to the client you are requesting to join the account with. 

A notification dot will appear in the top right corner within the message bubble.  Tap to view.

Select > Invitation for joint...

Select > ACCEPT / REFUSE

Select > OK

Check > I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Select > CONFIRM

Both the primary and joint owners of the account may view some details of the account by swiping to the account

Select > ACCOUNT DETAILS to view 

Account Type / Opening date / Date of closing / Owner / Co-owner of the account
